Job summary

Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks an Open Access Clinical Team Leader to oversee clinical staff, supervise, and participate in CQI activities within the open access model.

The role involves hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and ensuring staff development while maintaining production expectations. The position requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and independent licensure in MA (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) with several years of post-licensure experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling or Psychology or licensure-eligible program.
• Independently licensed with LICSW/LMHC/LMFT in MA or equivalent with 3+ years post-licensure mental health experience.
• Demonstrates cultural humility and awareness of diverse populations in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to clinical staff and interns.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Participate in CQI activities and program evaluation.
• Maintain client caseload and supervision ratio.
• Provide direct clinical services when needed and ensure documentation compliance.
