Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a comparable program.
• Independently licensed with an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts and at least three years of post-licensure experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to clinical staff, interns, and direct reports.
• Plans and develops clinic services and establishes policies and procedures.
