Job summary

Health Connect America seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services, programs, and staff across our multi-state footprint. The role includes budgeting, staff recruitment, supervision, and ensuring quality care in line with COA standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in human services and at least two years experience with children, with eligibility for state licensure (LPC, MFT, or LCSW). TN licensure candidates are preferred; other state requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, or MFT).
• At least two years’ experience working with children (internships, volunteer work, etc.).
• TN: eligible for professional licensure (LPC, MFT, or LCSW).
• AL/NC/VA/MS-specific requirements may apply where stated (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services, programs, and staff including budgeting, marketing, recruitment, and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders to address inquiries and needs.
• Provide clinical and operational supervision, caseload assignment, and staff development.
• Ensure high-quality clinical services and compliance with documentation and timelines.
• Lead staff meetings to promote collaboration and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with COA standards and company policies.
• Participate in budgeting, regional planning, and growth initiatives.
