Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks an Open Access Clinical Team Leader to oversee clinical staff, supervise, and participate in CQI activities within the open access model.
The role involves hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and ensuring staff development while maintaining production expectations. The position requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and independent licensure in MA (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) with several years of post-licensure experience.
The Open Access Clinical Team Leader provides oversight, management, and clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff and provides direct leadership and supervision for all direct reports within open access. The Open Access Clinical Team Leader serves as a member of the leadership team and completes additional administrative activities such as hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and participating in the CQI process. The Open Access Clinical Team Leader also manages open access staff schedules, provides coverage as needed, and is responsible for the ongoing training and development of their staff.

A completed Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Psychology or other clinical licensure eligible degree program is required. Must demonstrate cultural humility, with an understanding of ethnic, cultural, and/or linguistic considerations for populations served. This individual must be independently licensed with an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts with three years of full-time or the equivalent part-time post licensure experience in a mental health setting. Must have at least 2 years of experience working with children or families. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
