Job summary

Child & Family Services seeks an IHT Clinical Team Leader who blends direct clinical work with administrative leadership. The role includes a 30-hour client caseload and 10 hours of admin support for the Program Director, with travel as needed to deliver services in various settings.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure eligibility. It also involves mentoring staff, ensuring quality management, and supporting the wraparound care model and documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
• Independent or eligible licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) preferred.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in home- and community-based care for children, youth, families.
• Knowledge of MassHealth documentation standards, wraparound care, and CANS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active client caseload (30 hours/week) delivering home- and community-based clinical services.
• Complete timely clinical documentation, including Comprehensive Assessments, CANS, IPTs, and progress notes.
• Provide case coverage during staff transitions and extended absences as needed.
• Assist Program Director with processing referrals, waitlists, and insurance authorizations.
