Job summary
Community Health Alliance is seeking an experienced, licensed Team Lead to lead and support our outpatient therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications
- Licensed clinician with supervisory designation (LISW/LPCC in Ohio).
- Experience supervising clinical staff and interns.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical service delivery to ensure contract/licensing compliance.
- Monitor effectiveness of interventions and workflow.
- Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Support program development, evaluation, and technical assistance.
- Supervise staff, provide coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper clinical documentation and audits.
