Job summary

Accenture in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Workplace Location Services Analyst to deliver location services with an emphasis on security and guest experience. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, supporting workspace setup, A/V, catering, reception, and floor support across locations.

You will interact with client teams, solve routine problems, and maintain confidentiality while delivering high standards of service. Onsite role with evolving responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service.
• Experience working in hospitality setting is preferred.
• Experience working in a facilities setting is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Analyze and resolve low-complexity issues; coordinate with peers and supervisors.
• Foster client engagement and build relationships with the client team through local activities and requests.
• Exercise independent judgment within guidelines to complete tasks and plans.
