Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or premium hospitality services.
• Strong background in coordinating external vendor services (janitorial, facilities, or catering) and managing deliverables.
• Proven ability to analyze physical operational setups and implement practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, peer-level work style.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, workplace ticketing systems, event coordination tools, and AI productivity utilities.

Responsibilities

• 1. Janitorial & Porter Services Coordination: primary onsite point of contact for external cleaning and porter vendors; ensure daily site readiness of conference rooms and common areas; monitor SLAs and escalate gaps.
• 2. Workplace Process Improvements: document day-to-day operations; streamline workflows and ticketing (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow); integrate AI tools; optimize space utilization; expand facilities metrics.
• 3. Onsite Event Coordination: support local events, team onsite, executive visits; coordinate seating, catering, building access, and physical requirements with cross-functional teams.
