Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate hospitality or similar high-touch professional service environments.
• Experience maintaining office facilities, food & beverage supplies, and event logistics.
• Strong organizational habits and familiarity with checklists, inventory tracking, and digital workplace tools (email/chat, ticketing, or task systems such as Atlassian).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospitality and workplace experience programs to keep employees supported, productive and engaged.
• Maintain shared spaces, conference rooms, kitchens and areas to a consistently high standard.
• Proactively identify issues, resolve concerns and continuously improve workplace processes and routines.
• Manage food and beverage operations including kitchen inventory, snacks, beverages, and weekly catered lunches.
• Support workplace events with room setup, catering coordination and guest experiences; partner with service providers and internal stakeholders.
