The role ensures seamless contingent labor processes from candidate submittal through onboarding, timekeeping, reporting, and offboarding to drive compliant service delivery.

Ideal candidates will bring strong project management experience, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience and 5+ years staffing industry experience.
• BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key link between onsite workforce, client operations, and MSP/VMS program.
• Ensure seamless execution of contingent labor processes from submittal to offboarding.
• Maintain real-time reporting and data accuracy across systems.
