Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an In House Temporary Onsite Supervisor to support a shift/site for one of our largest customers in the area. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service through effective recruiting, engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to customer quality standards.

The Onsite Supervisor will lead day-to-day activities, coordinate staffing, and drive reporting on KPIs to identify improvements, while fostering strong relationships within the client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing 100+ employees in a metric-driven environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on service delivery.
• Strong recruiting and engagement capabilities with customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to coordinate staffing requirements and forecast demand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organization and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements with the customer’s team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for assignments.
• Perform quality control to ensure client satisfaction across the organization.
• Complete regular reporting on KPIs and communicate findings for improvement.
