Job summary

Staffmark Group in Kentucky is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Onsite Operations Coordinator for our Workforce Solutions team. This role links the onsite workforce, the client's operations team, and the MSP/VMS program office to ensure seamless contingent labor processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management or staffing, a BA in HR or related field, and strong communication and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in staffing/onsite environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or 5+ years of equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between the onsite workforce, client's operations, and the MSP/VMS program office.
• Ensure seamless execution of contingent labor processes from submittal to onboarding, timekeeping, reporting and offboarding.
• Verify new hires are submitted in the VMS and aligned with requisitions; confirm start dates and training details.
• Assist with new hire orientations and manage data accuracy and reporting.
