Balance Staffing Company is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to serve as a liaison between the company and associates at a client site. You will manage onboarding, maintain data integrity in systems, and support the overall delivery of the staffing program.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, bilingual Spanish capability, and collaboration with recruiters to deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Hybrid work options and a professional office environment are present.

Formación

• 1+ years of HR experience in staffing or light industrial/general labor workforce.
• Ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Office including Word.
• Spanish language ability.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administrative functions in a staffing program for a client, ensuring smooth onboarding for contingent employees.
• Collect onboarding information from new hires and answer questions about the process.
• Use Excel and Smartsheets to track onboarding and new hire progress with data integrity.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience during onboarding.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and audits (background checks, direct deposit setup).
• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse workforce at all levels.
