Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades seeks an On-Premise Manager in Richmond, TX to oversee onsite workforce operations and serve as the primary client liaison. This full-time role focuses on managing daily operations, staffing, onboarding, safety, and performance for contract personnel.

You will drive staffing solutions, conduct onsite interviews, and coordinate with recruiters while ensuring contractual obligations are met. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce management, onsite staffing, or client account management.
• Strong motivation and drive to perform in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing large-scale onsite operations with client interaction.
• Experience conducting interviews and high-volume hiring in fast-paced settings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible and able to pivot when needed.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SST on the ground, managing daily operations and partnering with the client.
• Lead onsite workforce operations to meet staffing levels and contractual obligations.
• Act as the main client liaison, building trust and providing real-time solutions.
• Conduct onsite interviews and selection processes for quality workforce.
• Coordinate with internal recruiters and managers to deliver staffing solutions.
• Oversee timekeeping, onboarding, safety standards and employee relations for contract staff.
• Resolve workplace issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost client satisfaction and efficiency.
