Job summary

Eclipse Advantage seeks an On-Site Manager to join our team and support the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The role acts as an extension of our client’s HR team, recruiting and managing the hourly workforce on site.

You will work with client supervisors to ensure adherence to recruitment, compliance, and engagement plans, while driving performance and filling positions on time. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively on the client production floor.
• Employment contingent upon criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Enter labor requisitions and coordinate recruitment activities with client.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
• Lead on-site engagement, workforce management, and safety initiatives.
• Manage data, reporting, and KPIs to improve performance.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and lead meetings.
