Aerotek is seeking a Workforce Manager to coordinate between client managers, the local office, and contract staff on site at client locations. You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs and placing quality contractors, while supporting internal and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client managers, local office and contract staff; attend client production or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
