Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, working directly at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs and delivering quality contractors, while supporting internal and client reporting and using resources for conflict resolution.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and experience in a customer- or sales-focused role
