Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, local offices and contract employees. You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors, while working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

Additionally you will assist with internal and client reporting, use available Aerotek resources for conflict resolution, and perform various customer service related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
