Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. You’ll attend client production or staff meetings and oversee the temporary workforce at the client site.

You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs, provide quality contractors, and support reporting and conflict resolution using Aerotek resources. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with customer or sales experience and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
