Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, with regular attendance at client meetings and on-site workforce management in Lenexa, KS.

The role focuses on maximizing profitability by understanding client needs and delivering quality contractors, while performing customer service activities and internal/client reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
