Aerotek is hiring an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, our local office, and contract employees. You will manage the client site workforce, ensure quality contractor delivery, and support internal and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales experience desired.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office and contract employees, attending client production and staff meetings as needed.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, and providing high-quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts and ensure service quality.
