You will coordinate with delivery teams, manage KPI tracking, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with site requirements while maintaining a professional, collaborative culture.

A background in construction workforce management and strong organizational skills are required; travel to project sites

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of related experience in construction/workforce management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage deliverables per SOW, work order, or contract.
• Maintain and manage associate workforce per client requirements.
• Optimize performance via KPI tracking, feedback, and corrective actions.
• Interface between client managers, associates, local office, and matrix partners.
• Assist with client reporting and attend quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper site procedures.
