Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract staff, helping to manage temporary workers on client sites in Mississippi.

The role offers a base salary of $54,000–$62,000 with a potential $2,000 annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401(k). Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; Bachelor's degree encouraged but not required.

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

As a Workforce Manager you will...

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
