Aerotek is hiring an On Premise Manager to lead client site operations in Ocala, FL. You will supervise the temporary workforce, liaise with client managers, and ensure quality contractor placement while monitoring profitability and service levels.

The role involves onsite management, collaboration with internal teams, and reporting duties. Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong customer focus and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize available Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
