Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, supporting daily operations at the client site in Florida.

You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs, managing the temporary workforce, and assisting with internal reporting. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and professional interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
