Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, is seeking an On Premise Manager to oversee the temporary workforce at client sites. You will act as liaison between client managers, our local office, and contract staff to ensure smooth operations. You will focus on profitability by understanding client needs, coordinating with teams, and providing quality contractors.

Travel to client sites may be required. The role offers a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 with a potential $2,000 annual bonus, plus medical,

As an On Premise Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
