Job summary

The role focuses on KPI tracking, client relationship management, safety, and continuous improvement across data, reporting, and service processes in a dynamic workforce

Qualifications

• 3 years in staffing and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Digital literacy with desktop applications (MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, service delivery, and client relationships.
• Oversee data entry, timekeeping, payroll, invoicing, and quarterly contract audits.
• Prepare client reports and maintain transparent communications with clients.
