Job summary

Bechtel is delivering the Thacker Pass project in Nevada as the EPCM contractor, responsible for managing and integrating crafts training across multiple locations. The Project Training Coordinator/Facilitator will deliver training programs in a construction environment, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to work on a remote, multi-site project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required with 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in developing core training curricula for construction or related industries.
• Hands-on delivery of industry safety training and orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ES&H and Construction on developing, revising and implementing craft training.
• Coordinate skills verification, apprentice mentoring, and gap analysis.
• Supervise project trainers and craft evaluators.
• Provide guidance to trainers/evaluators for training at all craft levels.
• Oversee capability assessments of direct hire craft personnel.
• Manage project training facility layout, resources, setup and maintenance.
