Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support, desktop engineering, or infrastructure experience.
• Strong Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with workstation imaging, deployment and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of Windows 10 workstations to determine upgrade or replacement requirements.
• Capture asset details, OS, applications, peripherals, and configuration data for the project.
• Assess hardware/software readiness for Windows 11 and identify compatibility issues.
• Support replacement of legacy workstations with Windows 11 machines where needed.
• Build, configure and prepare Windows 11 workstations per enterprise standards.
• Install and configure business software and instrument-control applications.
• Migrate application configurations and local data as required.
• Verify connectivity between workstations, instruments, servers, printers, and shares.
