Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT/desktop/system support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and administering workstations.
• Experience with hardware, software, drivers and peripherals.
• Active Directory and domain-joined workstation experience.
• Proficient in software/application compatibility troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams.
• Onsite support for Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades and workstation replacements.

Responsibilities

• Assess Windows 10 workstations for Windows 11 readiness
• Build, configure, and deploy Windows 11 workstations
• Install/configure business, laboratory, and instrument-control applications
• Migrate approved data, configurations, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot connectivity, applications, permissions, drivers, and hardware
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on compatibility issues
• Document assessments, migrations, issues, and resolutions
• Follow project procedures, security requirements, SOPs, and applicable GxP practices
