Qualifications

• NBC-HWC strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in health and well-being coaching or related field
• Proven experience delivering one-on-one coaching and employee programs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one wellness coaching focused on prevention and sustainable behavior change
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onsite well-being initiatives and events
• Create individualized action plans and provide ongoing support, education, accountability, and encouragement
• Maintain documentation of coaching interactions and participant progress
• Collaborate with client teams and vendors to enhance programming and engagement
