Job summary

Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking a creative Wellbeing Engagement Coordinator to design and deliver wellness programs across multiple onsite locations, blending fitness, marketing, and engagement to foster a healthy workplace. The role includes onsite and virtual classes, content creation, and collaboration with fitness staff.

Qualified candidates will have a Personal Training background with CPR/First Aid certification and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Personal Training certification or related healthcare/fitness background (required).
• CPR & First Aid certification (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with program planning and group wellness activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead wellness initiatives across multiple onsite locations.
• Deliver onsite and virtual fitness/wellness classes.
• Create digital and print wellness content (flyers, videos, signage).
• Coordinate with fitness staff and benefits teams on programs.
