Job summary

ComPsych Corporation seeks a Part-Time Well-Being Program Manager to support onsite employee health and wellbeing. You will coach individuals, develop engaging wellbeing programming, and collaborate with the client’s team to advance the wellbeing strategy.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, independent in a client-facing environment, and able to translate needs into meaningful wellbeing experiences. This is a part-time, onsite role in Santa Clara, CA.

Qualifications

• Degree in health promotion, education, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Certification in health coaching (NBC-HWC preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in health and well-being coaching or program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one well-being coaching across health needs.
• Plan and implement onsite well-being initiatives and events.
• Build relationships with employees and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client’s well-being team to address priorities.
• Monitor engagement and program metrics for improvement.
