Qualifications

• RequiresBachelor’s degree or higher in health-related field.
• Current health and wellness coaching certification from a recognized credentialing organization.
• NBC-HWC strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in health and well-being coaching or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering one-on-one coaching and wellness programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one well-being coaching across health and well-being needs.
• Build coaching relationships using motivational interviewing, goal setting, and behavior-change strategies.
• Create individualized action plans and provide ongoing support, education, accountability, and encouragement.
• Serve as a visible onsite well-being resource for employees.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onsite well-being initiatives, educational sessions, campaigns, events, and engagement activities.
• Develop approaches to increase awareness and participation in well-being programs and resources.
• Facilitate presentations, Lunch-n-Learns, workshops, health promotion activities, and educational experiences.
• Support onsite health screenings and well-being events.
• Coordinate and facilitate wellness committees or employee well-being groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and health and well-being vendors.
• Monitor participation, engagement, and program information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of coaching interactions, participant progress, metrics, and program activities.
