Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Associate for their Anderson, SC office. This role involves responding to consumer calls, verifying warranty coverage, and managing customer inquiries while maintaining a friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of TTI customer service or related field with inbound call experience.
• Ability to satisfy consumers and end users with minimal management intervention.

Responsibilities

• Respond accurately to consumer calls regarding company policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage for callers.
• Provide direction for warranty and non-warranty service.
• Work with internal customers on warranty claims, stock issues, and lost freight.
• Enter orders and provide pricing and stock availability.

Ability to communicate clearly with a friendly tone

Excellent phone skills

Ability to handle irate callers and high-stress situations
