Job summary

You will manage production schedules, optimize inventory and logistics, and lead a team toward continuous improvement while ensuring OSHA compliance and product quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Proven experience in production, shipping/receiving, or supply chain management.
• Strong inventory control, logistics, and process improvement knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and ERP/order tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, light fabrication, assembly, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse operators and technicians with clear expectations, training, and accountability.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse that supports company-wide operations and logistics.
• Manage production schedules to ensure products and materials are completed and shipped on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth material flow through the supply chain.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Ensure all products meet quality control and testing standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
