Job summary

Triplepoint Environmental is seeking a Warehouse Production Manager to oversee daily warehouse and assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely production of water and wastewater equipment.

You will lead a growing team, enforce OSHA standards, and drive continuous improvement across inventory, shipping, and logistics in an onsite Centennial, CO setting. Strong leadership and process‑driven execution are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
2+ years supervisory or team leadership.
Experience in production, shipping/receiving, and/or supply chain management.
Strong inventory control, logistics, and process improvement.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and ERP/order tracking systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, inventory, light fabrication, assembly, packing, and shipping.
Lead and develop a team of warehouse operators and technicians with training and accountability.
Maintain organized, safe, and efficient warehouse supporting company‑wide operations.
Manage production schedules to ensure on-time completion and shipment.
Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance; ensure product quality.
