Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee three or more production work centers, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You will manage cross‑functional projects, analyze performance data, and collaborate with HR and engineering to enable continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, data‑driven decisions, and strong communication to plant leadership. On‑site work is required, with occasional travel for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly of power generation equipment or metal fabrication.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification or active pursuit.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and standard work instructions.
• Proficient in ERP systems and production scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Leads three or more production work centers to meet safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.
• Drives safety, quality, and productivity improvements across production areas.
• Partners with HR on employee development and performance reviews.
• Interfaces with Engineering to resolve design issues and minimize disruptions.
