Triple-S Steel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily on-site warehouse operations in Colorado. The role requires strong leadership, extensive supervision, and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes to ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication, solid MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years steel production environment experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
• Solid computer, MS Office skills are a must.
• Strong organization skills and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee materials handling including receiving, storing and shipping.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and the work environment is clean.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as necessary for daily operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to meet deadlines.
