Job summary

Relogistics is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee a distribution-site operation, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead a team across shifts, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with HR for onboarding and development.

The role requires a Bachelor's (preferred) or a high school diploma, WMS knowledge, and 5+ years in related environments with 3+ years in supervision. A forklift certification and driver's license are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel, as required.
• Spanish is a plus in many locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees, administrative and manufacturing, across multiple shifts (3–25 people).
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage customer relationships for the site and coordinate with HR onboarding.
• Analyze site data to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence.
• Draft reports and procedural instructions; present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Monitor employee performance and workload to ensure expectations are met.
• Assist with hiring processes with HR teams and recruiters.
