Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager (On-Site Manager) to oversee a client distribution center in Georgia. You will lead all site operations, build strong customer relationships, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

Youll manage 3–25 employees, coordinate workloads, train staff, and ensure adherence to policies. The role requires leadership experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing settings.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with MS Office products is required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus in many locations.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees across shifts, from 3 to 25.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates, ensure they are following company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the entire new hire process with dedicated Recruiter and Onboarding Team in HR.
• Manage employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with Corporate HR team.
• Analyze site data to make continuous improvements in operational excellence.
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Monitor each employeeb4s performance and workload to ensure expectations are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
