Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee a site within a customer’s distribution center. You will lead both administrative and manufacturing staff, manage customer relationships, and drive operational excellence across shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields and 3+ years in supervision, with forklift certification and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree is preferred; a strong MS Office skillset is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Spanish is a plus in many locations.
• Forklift Certification Required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees, administrative and manufacturing, across multiple shifts.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to meet site goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
• Train and develop associates; ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the full new-hire process with HR/recruiter onboarding teams.
• Handle employee relations issues with Corporate HR.
• Analyze site data to drive continuous operational improvements.
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural instructions.
• Present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
