Job summary

Relogistics seeks an On-Site Manager to lead a distribution-site team in Lancaster, TX. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and partner with HR for onboarding and employee relations. Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments is preferred.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and MS Office proficiency. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• WMS knowledge is preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees at the site, across shifts, from 3 to 25 staff.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to hit facility targets.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates, ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the full onboarding process with HR.
• Handle employee relations with Corporate HR support.
• Analyze site data to drive operational improvements.
• Draft reports and procedural instructions; present information to managers and clients.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
