Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an Onsite Coordinator for our Albany, OR distribution warehouse. You will oversee daily operations, serve as the main onsite contact between leadership and temporary staff, and drive productivity, safety, and engagement.

This role emphasizes accurate timekeeping, payments, and strong HR support. You will manage team performance, report KPIs, and guide new staff through the onboarding process with Kelly’s orientation program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing teams and facilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Solid understanding of HR and performance management

Responsibilities

• Act as the main onsite contact for leadership and workers, driving engagement and communication.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and worker performance.
• Champion a safe working environment—addressing incidents promptly and following up to resolution.
• Verify worker hours, resolve discrepancies, and process accurate payments to keep teams motivated.
• Directly handle all performance management and HR concerns for onsite workers.
• Guide new team members through their first days with Kelly’s orientation program.
