Insight Global is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide onsite IT support in a large Kansas warehouse. You will assist second‑shift operations, troubleshoot Windows systems, printers, Zebra devices, and RF hardware, and manage tickets in ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes independent troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fully onsite warehouse environment. This position requires 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule and hands-on IT support in a logistics setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Windows OS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016 or newer.
• Experience with printing servers and printer issues.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systems.
• Basic AD administration and DNS/DHCP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for warehouse employees during second shift.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, workstations, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Support Zebra printers and Windows print environments.
• Troubleshoot Zebra handheld/RF devices and related mobile tech.
• Monitor and resolve printer queues, connectivity, and device failures.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage, document, and close tickets.
• Perform basic Windows Server checks and service verification.
• Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP networking and connectivity.
• Use logs and command-line tools to diagnose issues.
• Provide basic MDM support as needed.
• Perform basic AD user/computer administration and file-share permissions.
