Job summary

Little Leaf Farms is seeking an IT Technician to troubleshoot end-user issues and maintain IT systems in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. You will deploy technology solutions and support ongoing projects as part of a collaborative IT team.

You should have 2+ years in IT support, experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, and strong communication skills to support end users across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or help desk in a business setting.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and devices.
• Manage tickets, document resolutions, and track recurring issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune user accounts and licenses.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software across the organization.
• Support infrastructure maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
