Job summary

Little Leaf Farms is seeking an IT Technician to troubleshoot end-user issues, maintain IT systems, deploy technology solutions, and support projects in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. You will work as part of a collaborative IT team, with responsibilities spanning end-user support, systems administration, and deployment of hardware and software across the organization.

Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, end-user devices, and endpoint management.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and mobile device issues.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate support-related information clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and end-user devices.
Manage support requests via ticketing system; document issues and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Administer user accounts, permissions, licensing, and device management in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
