Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an IT Technician to troubleshoot end-user issues, maintain IT systems, deploy technology solutions, and support ongoing projects in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. You will join a collaborative IT team, handling Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune tasks while ensuring reliable, secure IT operations across facilities.

The role requires at least 2 years of IT support experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, end-user devices, and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, end-user devices, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
• Manage support requests through our ticketing system, documenting issues and resolutions.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software across the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and IT teammates to implement solutions.
• Educate end users on technology best practices and basic troubleshooting.
