Job summary

DCL Logistics is hiring an IT Support Technician for our Louisville, KY warehouse. You’ll be the first line of on-site IT help, resolving Windows, printer, and scanner issues, and escalating more complex problems to the corporate IT team.

The role covers basic MDM tasks, device provisioning, and user guidance, with a focus on keeping about 250 employees productive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing basic IT support or help desk work.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and networking basics.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in clear terms.
• Willingness to work a schedule including second shift and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for on-site IT issues at the Louisville warehouse.
• Diagnose Windows logins, printer and network issues, and device problems on the spot.
• Troubleshoot Zebra scanners and label printers; manage device configurations and drivers.
• Document requests in the ticketing system with symptoms, steps, and outcomes.
• Assist with basic security tasks and asset management; support MDM tasks.
