Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Tier 1 IT Technician in Louisville, KY to provide onsite technology support, perform hardware swaps and set up packing stations to keep operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot basic Tier 1 hardware and workstation issues, assist with equipment installation, and deliver hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment with a Wednesday through Sunday 12 PM–9 PM local time schedule.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 support experience or IT technician background.
• Hands-on work with computers, peripherals, and workstation hardware.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work onsite Wednesday through Sunday, 12 PM to 9 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware swaps and basic equipment replacements.
• Set up and configure packing stations.
• Troubleshoot basic Tier 1 hardware and workstation issues.
• Assist with equipment installation and connectivity.
• Provide hands-on IT support within the environment.
